ENTECH SUPPLY SAS, is a committed company that provides services to the Petroleum and Petrochemical industry, with the aim to purchase, sale, import and export, material supplies and equipment for this economic sector; express its commitment to respect and protect the embodied rights in the article 15 of Colombian’s Political Constitution. Therefore, it issues this policy, with the aim to establish the guidelines for adequate data processing of personal data provided by its clients, visitors, suppliers, staff members, contractors, and allies, thus the effective protection of such rights is granted.

According with the previous statement, ENTECH SUPPLY S.A.S, comprehends operations such as collection, storage, use, refresh, transmission, transfer, circulation, and suppression of data.
Data processing would be made with the purposes following listed:
- In case of clients, for:
- Commercial relationship – Sale.
- Carry out tracking of purchases
- Notify products news and developments
- Follow-up and loyalty
- Information forwarding regarding relative products and services.
- Quality improvement of services and client’s experience.
- Perform activities related with the company’s social objective.
- In case of visitors, carry out the entrance control to the office and document the visit time.
- In case of recruitment candidates, for selection and recruiting process.
- In case of staff members and interns, to comply with the obligations and rights derived from the work or internship contract.
- In case of contractors, suppliers, and allies:
- Comply with the commercial and contractual obligations contracted.
- Accomplish purchase to suppliers’ management.
- In all cases:
- Share, transmit, transfer, divulge personal data to the authorities, judicial and administrative, national, or foreign that plead for mentioned data in practice of its functions and complying with the corresponding obligations of SARLAFT of decree 390 of 2016.
- Collection of storage, use, refresh, transmission, transfer, circulation, and suppression of biometrics’ data.
- Carry out all activities where the information is required in compliance of ENTECH SUPPLY S.A.S social objective, rights of data subjects.
- Leave audiovisual registration of visits to our facilities and give to the corresponding authorities in case of being required.

Staff members, clients, suppliers, allies, visitors, as data subjects own the following rights:

The petitioner will make his request through any of the means described above indicating in the subject that it is a request, complaint or claim related to the processing of personal data. The application must:
